Job Description:
Oversee and manage construction projects on-site, ensuring that progress, quality, and safety meet company and industry standards.
Coordinate with various construction teams to resolve on-site issues.
Guide on-site construction according to design drawings and technical specifications, promptly addressing any technical issues.
Maintain and organize construction records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in site management, with experience in large-scale projects preferred.
Familiar with construction processes and relevant technical standards; able to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively managing construction teams.
