Job Description:
Assist the project manager in tracking project progress, organizing documentation, and preparing construction plans.
Facilitate communication and cooperation between departments to ensure smooth information flow.
Participate in on-site management and assist in resolving on-site issues.
Responsible for organizing, archiving, and managing documents, ensuring their integrity and compliance.
Job Requirements:
Associate’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry; outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in using office software.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and patient, with a team-oriented mindset.
